Grace in My Step

Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of being a dancer. I wanted to be flexible enough to do high kicks, strong enough to leap across across a stage.

My personal practice and training in Pilates, yoga, and stretching is an extension of my desire to be a dancer. I was also in a student-run dance group in college—it was so fun and fulfilling!

Doing some stretching and strengthening exercises during the day transforms how my body feels. I walk around feeling aligned, moving from my core.

I feel confident. I feel fit.

I move like a dancer—bringing grace to the mundane.
